OEM DIRECT POLICY #12395
At all times it is our policy to sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) accounts through Authorized, Master or Super Master Distributors.
Listed below are the only exceptions that would change this direction:
A. If an account is being sold direct by any other manufacturers and has been
designated as a direct-sell account.
B. If an account because of (1) liability, (2) inventory, i.e. special products,
(3) engineering, (4) lack of gross profit, has been designated a direct sell account.
C. Should an account be buying like product of another manufacturer through
a distributor, we will sell this at a sufficient pricing level to enable forwarding
these orders to a representing distributor.
D. If a principal presents a sound reason for selling direct.
